Yes, I am a pastry chef and work at a small but very nice hotel in Skippack, PA. called Hotel Fiesole. Most of the pics I have posted were from my old job in Philly at an upscale catering co. called Feast Your Eyes. I made everything I've posted except a few shots of other people's food.
