kbman	From the top... Flourless chocolate almond torte filled with Chambord ganache soufflé and fresh raspberries w/ caramel fan. Vanilla orange panecotta with sliced strawberries and balsamic drizzle and pistachio lace tuile. Blood orange sorbet with candied orange peel.
